EASE & EASY RESIDENCE

The Ease & Easy Residence is situated in a unique location in the Northern suburbs of Athens, in Kifisia, with stunning view of Parnitha Mountain. A key focus during the design process was to embrace minimalist aesthetics, pale & smooth colors and a lack of open surfaces and decorative items.

Every area of the residence was thoroughly planned to achieve the optimal layout of interior spaces. This includes the incorporation of plentiful closed storage solutions, allowing furniture to be arranged centrally, is oriented toward the residence's outdoor area, which includes the swimming pool and courtyard.

The residence composes by a dominant palette of white and natural oak wood, is complemented by neutral earth tones accented black details. The aesthetics are elevated by a lighting design that primarily uses linear fixtures to accentuate the architecture while providing a warm atmosphere, paired with spotlights for functional illumination.
