RAW & REFINE APARTMENT

The "Raw and Refine" apartment is a 55 sq.m. modern residence that underwent a complete home renovation, transforming both its interior design and outdoor living areas.

The contemporary design concept centers around a square-shaped architectural core, which incorporates the custom shower space. This functional volume is surrounded by a thoughtfully designed open-plan living room, kitchen, built-in sinks, workspace, and the bedroom entrance, reflecting efficient and stylish apartment layout solutions.

The architectural lighting design uses indirect LED lighting and ambient fixtures to enhance spatial depth and create a warm, relaxing atmosphere — ideal for luxury home interiors.

A carefully selected material palette of beige-toned plasters, natural hardwood flooring, and matte gold finishes offers a perfect balance between raw industrial textures and refined luxury aesthetics, making this project a prime example of contemporary home makeover and elegant interior styling.
