This luxury residence was designed with an emphasis on clean lines, soft neutral tones, and a serene, clutter-free environment—ideal for those who appreciate minimal interior design.

The floor plan was carefully optimized to create a balanced and functional layout. Ample closed storage solutions allow for centralized furniture arrangements, directing attention toward the outdoor living areas, which feature a private swimming pool and courtyard—perfect for relaxation and entertaining.

The material palette consists of crisp white finishes, natural oak wood, and earthy neutrals, accented with matte black details for contrast and elegance. The architectural lighting design utilizes linear lighting fixtures to emphasize form and structure, while spotlights provide functional brightness and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
