Airy Apartment is a modern 100 sq.m. residence that showcases a seamless blend of contemporary interior design and urban elegance. It includes a spacious living room, open-plan kitchen, master suite, second bedroom, and an additional bathroom—crafted to deliver both functionality and sophistication.
Located in Athens, it offers panoramic views of Mount Hymettus, the city center, the Acropolis, and the Saronic Gulf, making it an ideal home for those seeking luxury apartments with a view.
The design concept was driven by the idea of spatial continuity. The kitchen flows into the living room, and from the central corridor. One transitions into the master bedroom, where the bathroom merges with the sleeping area without rigid boundaries—enhancing the sense of openness.
Defined by minimalist lines and natural materials—such as marble, stone, glass, wood, metal, and leather—the apartment reflects a high level of aesthetic refinement. Natural light is moderated through a smart shading system, while architectural lighting design addresses both visual comfort and design harmony.
Custom furniture selection was integrated within the interior layout to ensure both visual unity and functional flow.
